I saw it and although it wasn't great I thought it was a better standard of play then the Wednesday Party Open!
The 'team' aspect I found a bit distracting with all the team colours and stuff. Was all too colourful and busy. I quite enjoyed the game though. Always a pleasure to watch Padraig Parkinson play. A very canny player. And the line up for forthcoming shows looks interesting. A couple of Hendon Mob regulars in the British team along with Devilfish. The yanks haven't exactly pulled out their big ones though. Andy Bloch is the only real name. I guess with only 100k as the team prize you're not going to get Ivey, Hellmuth et al out of bed!
